Robots score coral-shaped PVC pipes and rubber balls called Algae onto a reef structure on their side of the field. At the end of the match, robots climb metal cages hanging from a truss called the Barge for bonus points.

About This Robot

Learning from the previous year's design mistakes, we set out to build a more robust and higher performing robot. Named after the Greek hero who slew Medusa, this bot is designed to be a versatile and reliable performer on the field. With a focus on durability and ease of maintenance, Perseus is built to withstand the rigors of competition while delivering consistent performance.
